Calie Cronin is an expert in the management of human capital and the creation of high performance cultures. She is a registered Coach from the Irish Management Institute, holds an honors Masters in Business Studies (Human Resource Management) from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Calie also has extensive background and certifications in many critical academic and applied training and development methodologies and tools such as Emotional Intelligience (BarOn EQ-i), Personality Profiling (16PF) and Personality Preference (MBTI).

Her experience in the area of human capital includes both local and international experience and she has worked within such organizations as DePuy (Ireland) a Johnson & Johnson Company, Galaxo SmithKline, Unilever Plc, GN ReSound and Cork County Council in a range of human resource leadership positions.
